Terms of Sale

The Floating World sells reproductions of public-domain artworks. Every product page names the work, the artist, and the museum impression the reproduction follows. The underlying designs are in the public domain; our reproductions are faithful and unmodified.

Prints are made to order. Made-to-order goods are produced for you when you order them; if a print arrives damaged or defective, write to paintedalways@gmail.com within 30 days and we will replace it at no cost; the whole policy sits at /legal/refunds. Digital downloads are delivered after payment and are for personal use.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is charged at checkout. International orders may be subject to local duties. All payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details.
